What is your returns & exchange policy?

We understand that sometimes a piece is not quite right, which is why we offer an exchange or full refund if you decide to return your order within 30 days of purchase. If your enibas piece was a gift and you don't have a receipt we will have to refer your case to our operational manager who will connect with you to find the best resolution for all. Please note this policy is applicable to online sales only. To qualify for an exchange or refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Can I exchange an enibas piece if it was gifted to me?

We understand that sometimes a piece is not quite right, which is why we offer an exchange or full refund if you decide to return your order within 30 days of purchase. Do you cover return postage costs?

You will be responsible for arranging the return and for any costs incurred. We strongly recommend that you use tracked delivery to return your items to us, as we are not responsible for items which do not reach us.

Can I return/exchange an enibas piece in store when purchased online?

Yes, within 30 days of purchase, we will be happy to exchange any enibas piece purchased online provided that it is accompanied by a valid online order confirmation and reference number. You can bring your item(s) to be exchanged to either of our Kinsale or Schull stores. However, if you require a refund instead of an exchange, the item(s) must be sent back to our web department to be processed. Please refer to our Exchange and returns policy for further details:

When will my return and refund be processed?

Once we have received the returned item we will refund you within one business week. We will also send you an email to let you know your refund has been processed.

I don't have a receipt, can I still exchange or return my enibas piece?

First, we'll do our best to help you find the receipt. For this we will need an approximate day of purchase, the name of the customer who bought it and a detailed description of the enibas piece. If we cannot find the purchase in our system, we will refer your case to our operational manager who will connect with you to find the best resolution for all.
