Graduation
The end of the beginning and the beginning of wonderful new things. Gifts for new grads in silver and gold.
The gold ring reads “Do shaol, do thuras”which means Your life, your journey and is perfect for a graduation present for my granddaughter. She is precious & is in her second chapter on her journey in life. The fact the ring was custom made in Cork has a special meaning as well. Her great great grandmother’s family is from Cork and she loves Cork and Ireland were we have visited 💚

My piece was a gift for my daughter's graduation from college, gaining her degree which included Irish. Anam initial chain included a little disc with the word grá. Such a dainty piece captured the different aspects of the occasion, bringing everything together in one piece perfectly! Thank you.

After starting my final year as a nursing student on placement from January 2020, my 9 months were well and truly a roller coaster of emotions. I had no choice but to work on a covid ward or I wouldn’t be graduating with the rest of my year as a registered nurse. I spent my days off longing for a day by the sea at home in west cork. Graduation day was celebrated through the laptop screen with my family by my side with a little special gift awaiting at the end. An enibas “Do shaol, do thuras” necklace, reminding me of how far I’d come in the past year! Also a little piece of west cork I wear on my neck on the frontline every day reminding me of home x

Two years ago I bought a graduation present for myself before I graduated as an Irish and home economics teacher. The “Lean do bhrionglóid necklace” is special to me because I had admired the message on the necklace, especially because it was as Gaeilge. I bought the “Lean do bhrionglóid” necklace and I’ve been following my dreams ever since. No matter how tough things get the necklace is a symbol of my achievements. I am now a qualified teacher and I haven’t taken it off since.
