Shipping charges exclude import VAT and custom duty charges which may be chargeable at the point of entry into the country when shipping outside of the EU. These rates vary depending on the jurisdiction and are collected through the courier and payable by the customer.

With regards to the UK, there has been no change to our service to our Northern Ireland customers since Brexit. If your order is being shipped to mainland UK, import VAT and custom duty charges may be chargeable at the point of entry into the country.

We are not experts in this field but we understand that the custom duty rate on jewellery under €700 is likely to be 2.5% in the UK, this excludes the courier processing fee. The rate of import VAT in the UK is currently 20%.
