Follow these tips to ring sizing:
- Please specify if you are intending to buy a narrow or wider band or wish to stack a few rings together as this affects the size.
- A well fitting ring should go over your knuckle with a slight push, and sit comfortably on your finger without pinching the skin.
- Avoid getting your finger measured when your hands are much warmer or colder than normal, as this can also influence ring size.
Ring sizing at home:
We understand that finding the right ring size can sometimes be a little challenging, especially if you are gifting a special someone.
Find a ring that fits that finger, make sure it is perfectly round, and use a very sharp pencil to draw inside the ring as close to the band as possible. Take the diameter in millimeters and use the table here to determine the ring size (we use UK size).

The Healing Power of Love
I began my colorectal cancer journey in March 2020, just as the country went into lockdown. Like so many others after a diagnosis, our lives changed overnight. Throughout my journey, the love and support I got from my husband and two daughters, helped me fight the fight. Their ceaseless love and care helped me cope with my darkest days and healed me emotionally, in a way no medication ever could. The beautiful Healing Heart pendant, for me signifies, love, power and the resilience that is within us all, it is a poignant reminder of a difficult journey, but also a beautiful reminder of the strength we find in ourselves, with the love and support of our families. I would gift one to each of my daughters as their healing hearts, healed mine in more ways than they will ever know.
