Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges exclude import VAT and custom duty charges which may be chargeable at the point of entry into the country when shipping outside of the EU. These rates vary depending on the jurisdiction and are collected through the courier and payable by the customer.

• UK: There has been no change to our service to our Northern Ireland customers since Brexit. If your order is being shipped to mainland UK, import VAT and custom duty charges may be chargeable at the point of entry into the country.
  

• US: From August 2025, all shipments to the US are subject to customs duty and import taxes, regardless of value. Duties are assessed by US Customs at the point of entry and collected by the courier.
