When you shop with us from the US, European taxes (VAT) are removed at checkout. However, your order may still be subject to US customs duties, import taxes, and courier administration fees. These charges are set by US Customs, collected by the courier, and are not included in the price you pay on our website.

Any duties, taxes, or fees are collected directly by the courier on behalf of US Customs. They are separate from your order payment to us.

The courier will contact you by email or phone before your parcel leaves Ireland if any payment is due. Once you’ve paid, your parcel will be cleared for shipment and delivery in the US.
