We offer an exchange or full refund if you decide to return your order within 30 days of purchase. If your enibas piece was a present and you don't have a receipt we are very happy to exchange your piece for something else from our collection. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please note this policy is applicable to online sales only.
Just follow the 3 simple steps below.
Within 30 days of purchase e-mail us at email@example.com requesting a return or exchange. Please include your original order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email) or your name & delivery address.
We will email you the address you should return the piece to. Please print a copy of this email and include it with your return.
Place the piece(s) in the original packaging and seal securely. You will be responsible for arranging the return and for any costs incurred. We strongly recommend that you use tracked delivery to return your items to us, as we are not responsible for items which do not reach us.
If you want a refund it will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 days of us receiving your return, otherwise we will be in touch to send you out your new order.
Very important, please note:
Engraved items from our personalized collection cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unworn rings, which have been made to ordered size, do not qualify for a refund but may be exchanged for an alternative size of the identical piece.
International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
Unauthorised returns/exchanges may be returned to the sender.
Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of enibas.
Returns Policy for items on sale is the same as our returns policy noted above.
